By Car: Drive via Oxford Street and the Eastern Distributor to The Rocks. The trip usually takes 25–35 minutes depending on traffic. Metered parking is available on Argyle and Gloucester Streets, with nearby car parks like Clocktower (1 min walk) and Quay West (3 min walk).

By Public Transport: Take a bus from Bondi or Bondi Junction to Circular Quay (e.g., 333, 380, 381), then enjoy a 5–10 minute walk to Cambridge Street, The Rocks. Train options are also available from Bondi Junction Station, connecting via Central to Circular Quay. Total journey time is around 35–45 minutes.

Yes! Driving from Bondi is straightforward via the Eastern Distributor or Oxford Street into the CBD. Street parking and nearby car parks make it convenient if you’re bringing a car.

Parking is easy, and there is usually plenty around our location. You can find metered parking on Argyle St, Gloucester St and surrounds. Closest parking garages are Clocktower and Quay West (both run by Wilson’s parking). 

PaniQ Room is very centrally located with major bus connections and trains close by. Buses from Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction run toward Circular Quay, and you can also take a combination of train and bus via Central Station. From Circular Quay, it’s a 5–10 minute walk to PaniQ Room.

Yes, we are completely beginner friendly! All of our rooms at PaniQ Room are rated 4/5 difficulty, but as we offer a dedicated gamesmaster and unlimited clues with no penalties, we can adjust the difficulty of all rooms to suit your team – from absolute beginners to seasoned escapers! 

There is so much to see and do in The Rocks and surrounds! Our enviable location right in the heart of The Rocks means we are only moments away from some of Sydney’s best landmarks – The Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and MCA! Take in the views around Circular Quay, shop at The Rocks markets, or stop at a historic pub for lunch. With the CBD, Barangaroo, Walsh Bay, The Royal Botanical Gardens and King Street Wharf only a few minutes walk, you have the whole of Sydney on your doorstep!

In The Rocks, you are spoiled for choice! We have a variety of excellent top-dining restaurants, upmarket pubs, relaxed family-style dining and takeaway venues, all within 5 minutes walk of our location. Whether you’re after a harbour view, a craft beer or happy-hour cocktail, or the best hot chocolate in Sydney, whatever your price point and taste you’ll find food and drink to suit!

Neighbouring suburbs to The Rocks include Circular Quay, Barangaroo, Walsh Bay and Sydney Cove. The CBD, King St Wharf and The Royal Botanical Gardens are only a few minutes walk away.

Most escape rooms including those servicing Bondi recommend comfortable clothing you can move in, and PaniQ Room is no exception. You can wear casual clothes, skirts, or even heels if that’s comfortable! Feel free to dress in theme if you want to match your escape room experience.

While many escape rooms in Sydney including those servicing Bondi have a minimum age of 9 or 10, PaniQ Room welcomes children of all ages. All rooms are family-friendly with no horror, gore, or adult content, though some may have slightly scary elements. Children 7 and under play free with a paying adult.

It’s recommended to book in advance, especially on weekends or evenings. Walk-ins are accepted if a gamemaster is available—so if you’re nearby The Rocks, you can call ahead to check availability.
