By Car: Drive via the Warringah Freeway and cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge—journey time is around 30–35 minutes. Metered street parking is available on Argyle and Gloucester Streets, and nearby car parks include Clocktower (1 min walk) and Quay West (3 min walk).

By Public Transport:

• Ferry: Take a ferry from Manly Wharf to Circular Quay (approx. 30 minutes), then walk 5–10 minutes to Cambridge St, The Rocks.

Yes! Driving from Manly to PaniQ Room at The Rocks takes about 30–35 minutes via the Warringah Freeway and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Metered street parking is available on Argyle and Gloucester Streets, and nearby car parks include Clocktower (1 min walk) and Quay West (3 min walk).

Parking is easy, and there is usually plenty around our location. You can find metered parking on Argyle St, Gloucester St and surrounds. Closest parking garages are Clocktower and Quay West (both run by Wilson’s parking). 

PaniQ Room is very centrally located with major bus connections and trains close by, plus Circular Quay Wharves. 

You have a couple of easy options:

Ferry: Take the ferry from Manly Wharf to Circular Quay (about 30 minutes), then walk 5–10 minutes to Cambridge St, The Rocks.

Bus/Train: You can also take buses or trains via the Sydney CBD—generally a 40–50 minute journey—and then walk a few minutes to PaniQ Room.

Yes, we are beginner friendly! Our rooms at PaniQ are rated 4/5 difficulty, but as we offer unlimited clues with no penalties, we can adjust the difficulty of all rooms to suit your team – from absolute beginners to seasoned escapers! 

There is so much to see and do in The Rocks and surrounds! Our enviable location right in the heart of The Rocks means we are only moments away from some of Sydney’s best landmarks – The Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and MCA! Take in the views around Circular Quay, shop at The Rocks markets, or stop at a historic pub for lunch. With the CBD, Barangaroo, Walsh Bay, The Royal Botanical Gardens and King Street Wharf only a few minutes walk, you have the whole of Sydney on your doorstep!

In The Rocks, you are spoiled for choice! We have a variety of excellent top-dining restaurants, upmarket pubs, relaxed family-style dining and takeaway venues, all within 5 minutes walk of our location. Whether you’re after a harbour view, a craft beer or happy-hour cocktail, or the best hot chocolate in Sydney, whatever your price point and taste you’ll find food and drink to suit!

Neighbouring suburbs to The Rocks include Circular Quay, Barangaroo, Walsh Bay and Sydney Cove. The CBD, King St Wharf and The Royal Botanical Gardens are only a few minutes walk away. 

When looking for an escape room servicing Parramatta, it is hard to look past PaniQ Room. While PaniQ Room is located in The Rocks, it’s easily accessible from Manly by car, ferry, or public transport. 

Most escape rooms including those serving Manly recommend comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in. At PaniQ Room, we suggest to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in – skirts and heels are fine! You are also welcome to dress in the theme of your escape room!

At PaniQ Room, there’s no strict minimum age—children of all ages are welcome! Most of our rooms are family-friendly with no horror, gore, or adult themes. However, some rooms may have mildly scary elements, so check individual room descriptions. Children 7 and under can play free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Yes, it’s highly recommended to book in advance for PaniQ Room and most escape rooms serving Manly. Weekends and evenings are usually the busiest times. While we do accept walk-ins if a gamemaster is available, it’s best to call ahead to avoid disappointment, especially if you’re visiting from Manly or nearby.
